Oxted is ten minutes from my front door.

I'm a family photographer based in Caterham, which makes Oxted one of the closest towns I shoot in. That matters more than it sounds: no long drive at either end with tired little ones, and a photographer who already knows which corner of the Downs catches the last of the light.

My sessions are relaxed and led by your family, not by a list of poses. We take proper time, follow the day at your pace, and you come away with the whole story of it.

Where we shoot around Oxted

Village greens and the Downs above.

Master Park sits right in the middle of Oxted and is the simplest place to meet, with plenty of room for children to run. Limpsfield and its common are a minute away for something leafier and quieter, and the North Downs rising behind the town give you the wide, open frames when the weather plays along. Prefer to stay in? Your own home and garden make wonderfully warm photos.

Common questions

Where do you photograph families in Oxted?

Master Park is the easy option right in town, with open grass and room to run. Limpsfield and the common are a minute away when you want something leafier, and the North Downs behind the town give you big, open views. Plenty of families prefer their own home and garden, which makes lovely, warm photos. We decide together on a planning call.

Do you cover Limpsfield and the villages around Oxted?

Yes. I photograph across Oxted, Limpsfield, Hurst Green, Godstone, Tandridge and the surrounding villages. Caterham is about ten minutes away, so this is very much my local patch, and travel within 30 miles is included in every session.

How much is a family photoshoot in Oxted?

Sessions start at £299 for The Story: about two hours at one location, with 30 to 40 fully edited photos. The Whole Day is £509. Prices are upfront, with no add-ons and nothing to pay to enquire.

What happens if it rains?

We talk the day before and decide together. Soft, overcast light is genuinely lovely for photographs, so drizzle is rarely a reason to move. If it's properly wet we either move indoors to your home or pick another date, at no cost.
