Some people want a chat before they commit to anything. Some would rather type a message at eleven at night and get on with their evening. Both are completely fine, and neither one gets a better answer than the other.

What happens next

  1. I read it and reply

    Within 24 hours, usually sooner. If what you want isn't something I do, I'll tell you and point you towards someone who does.

  2. We have a proper chat

    A call, a video chat, or a coffee if you're local. We work out where, when, who's coming and what you actually want out of it.

  3. You decide, in your own time

    I send the details and the terms with your bits already filled in. A deposit holds the date. Nothing changes hands before that.
