Common questions
Where do you photograph families in Caterham?
Queen's Park is my easy answer for young families: central, open and full of room to run. For big skies and long grass, the North Downs and Happy Valley are a short drive away, and Kenley Common is another favourite. Your own home or garden works beautifully too. We pick the spot that suits your family on a quick planning call.
How much is a family photoshoot in Caterham?
Sessions start at £299 for The Story: about two hours at one location, with 30 to 40 photos, colour-corrected and finished in my style. The Whole Day is £545. Every price is upfront and there is nothing to pay to enquire. Albums and prints come later, once you have seen your photos.
Do you travel outside Caterham?
Yes. I'm based in Caterham and regularly photograph families across Reigate, Redhill, Oxted, Purley, Croydon and the wider Surrey and South London area. Travel within 30 miles is included in every session.
When is the best time of year for family photos in Caterham?
Every season has its charm here, from bluebells in spring to the North Downs turning gold in autumn. For light, the couple of hours before sunset are hard to beat. With young children, though, I plan around naps and mealtimes first, because a happy toddler beats perfect light every time.
